01General Terms & Applicability

By accessing the ball8 website at https://ball8.vu or its associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by ball8 ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Member") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ball8 services — including casino games, Sports Betting, bingo, live games, promotions, bonuses, and any future offerings. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using ball8.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

04Bonus & Promotional Offers

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless the specified wagering requirements are met after the bonus is credited.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Claiming the bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering must typically be completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus. Failure to do so within this period will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, ball8's server records shall be considered final.
• Ball8 may temporarily take the platform offline at any time for system maintenance.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ball8 and will result in immediate account termination:

• Any attempt at fraud, cheating, or manipulating the system.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another member's account or sharing account credentials.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to ball8's software or systems.
• Harassing or insulting other members.
• Using ball8 for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Making deposits using a false identity or stolen credit card/mobile banking credentials.

07Account Closure & Termination

Ball8 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Upon detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Identified as a minor.

Members who wish to close their account must notify the ball8 support team. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

08Privacy & Data Protection

09Limitation of Liability

Ball8 strives to deliver reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, ball8 is not liable under the following circumstances:

• In the event of delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• The user's own gaming decisions and any resulting losses.

Ball8's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

10Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact ball8's customer support team in the first instance. Our team aims to respond within 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, both parties agree to settle it through a neutral mediator. The laws of Bangladesh govern the resolution of all disputes on ball8.
